WHAT KINDS OF GRANTS DOES CONCEIVE OFFER?

Conceive offers grants for infertility treatments, Embryo Adoption, Cryopreservation, Adoption through a licensed agency, and any other service provided by the clinic, including blood work and tests.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A CONCEIVE GRANT?

To be eligible for a grant, you must be facing infertility and experiencing financial hardship that makes it difficult to access the care you need. We consider a range of factors, including income, insurance coverage and other financial obligations, when determining eligibility

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RECEIVING A GRANT FROM CONCEIVE?

Applications are reviewed and selected by the Foundation's Board, in consultation with our Advisory Board twice a year (Spring and Fall) The frequency and amount of grants are based on the availability of funds raised throughout the year. All grant funds will be sent directly to the fertility center in the recipient's name.

HOW MUCH CAN I RECEIVE IN A GRANT?

The amount of each grant typically ranges from $5000-$14,000. 

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON HOW I CAN USE MY GRANT?

Grants may not be applied to medications or travel expenses.

 DO I HAVE TO PAY BACK THE GRANT?

No, you do not have to pay back the grant. Our grants are designed to be a one-time financial assistance for individuals and couples facing financial barriers to accessing infertility treatments.

CAN I USE THE FERTILITY FOUNDATION GRANT WITH OTHER FORMS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?

Yes, you can use your grant with other forms of financial assistance, such as insurance coverage, loans, and other grants. Our grants team will work with you to ensure you receive the financial support you need to access the infertility treatments you need. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'VE BEEN APPROVED FOR A GRANT?

Our grants team will review your application and notify you of the decision via email.
