• Applications are reviewed and selected by the Foundation’s Board, in consultation with our Advisory Board twice a year (Spring and Fall). The frequency and amount of grants is based on the availability of funds raised throughout the year. Typically grants are awarded twice a year. Grant amounts typically range from $5,000-$14,000.
  • All grant funds will be sent directly to the fertility center in the recipient's name.
  • A non-refundable $50 application fee is required. All application fees help fund the Conceive Fertility Foundation. All applications must be submitted by 11:59PM CST the day they are due.
  • Please see our FAQ page for more information.

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Citizen or Legal, Permanent Resident of the United States
  • Be uninsured for fertility treatment OR has exhausted infertility coverage
  • Be evaluated by, and under the care of, a Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist who has diagnosed their cause of infertility and has prescribed a treatment plan; AND,
  • Receive treatments at a SART member clinic (Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies is an affiliated society to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine)

In order to be considered for a grant, couples must complete the application, write a detailed history about fertility issues, and allow the foundation to share their story with media personnel if they are selected. Applicants must demonstrate overall good physical and mental health, and show financial stability including basic health insurance for mother/prenatal care, adequate living arrangements and means for child support.

The grant amounts will be dependent on fundraising efforts the previous year. While we would love to offer grants to every applicant, not all applicants will receive grants. The grant amounts vary among the grant recipients, and partial and full grants can be awarded. What is covered (i.e. monitoring, lab work, medications, procedures, etc.) under the grant amount will be disclosed to each of the grant recipients at time of award and funds from the grant will be given directly to the clinic. The funds from the grant will be available to the recipients for a period of twelve months. The grant can be used toward fertility treatments at any fertility clinic that is a member of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART).
